Hong Kong Science Park Phase 3 is a monumental leap forward in sustainable architectural design and technological innovation. It serves as a living laboratory for green technologies and a thriving hub for R&D talent. Studioonstage was commissioned to produce a comprehensive corporate video that effectively communicates the scale, state-of-the-art facilities, and deep-rooted eco-friendly principles of this new development to global stakeholders, tech enterprises, and the local community.
To capture the magnitude of Phase 3, our production team combined sweeping aerial drone cinematography with meticulous architectural videography. We visually translated complex design concepts—such as the building’s inspiration from interlocking Halite crystals—into engaging, easy-to-understand narratives. By integrating sleek motion graphics, we highlighted the site’s core sustainable features, including natural ventilation systems, solar PV panels, the Platinum rating of BEAM Plus, and the meticulously designed green trails.
The final video does more than just tour a facility; it tells the story of a forward-thinking ecosystem. From the vibrant communal spaces and tailored tours for students to the high-tech R&D laboratories and corporate exhibitions, the video captures the dynamic pulse of HKSTP. It successfully positions Phase 3 as a world-class center for technological innovation and a shining example of sustainable prosperity in Hong Kong.
I love this theme. Sometimes it’s difficult to work with some themes, because even if they are created with Elementor, you can’t edit all the things with Elementor. Is not the case of Bili. All is created with Elementor and you don’t need Elementor Pro. Definitely recommended.
